Overview

The site was made as a speculative site for a real restaurant within a university exercise. The brief was to produce a site for a restaurant/cafe and I chose Homemade, my favourite sandwich shop. Homemade has a charming homely atmosphere and my aim was to reproduce this atmosphere within this microsite.

To produce a charming 'homemade' feel to the site I used stopframe photography and real ingredients to fabricate the look of the site. The stopframe animation was implemented using a frame-by-frame technique within Flash.

I feel that the overall exercise gave me the initial recognition of pursuing a pathway within creative web design.

Please be patient with above average loading times, the frame-by-frame technique unfortunately resulted in large file.
